By accessing or using PristineYards ("we", "us", "our") pet waste removal services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
PristineYards provides professional pet waste removal services in the Wollongong, Shellharbour, and Kiama areas (postcodes 2500-2533). Our services include:
We currently service postcodes 2500-2533 in the Wollongong region, New South Wales, Australia. Service availability is subject to change, and we reserve the right to refuse service outside our designated service areas.
4.1 Pricing: Service prices are displayed on our website and calculated based on the number of dogs and service frequency. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change with 30 days notice.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card saved for auto-pay or payment links sent after service completion. For recurring services, payment is processed after each visit.
4.3 Payment Timing: For services with saved payment methods, charges occur within 24 hours after service completion. For "pay after visit" services, a payment link will be sent via email/SMS.
4.4 Failed Payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to update your payment method. Service may be suspended until payment is resolved.
5.1 Access Instructions: You are responsible for providing accurate access instructions (gate codes, entry methods) and ensuring our staff can safely access your property during scheduled service times.
5.2 Gate Security: We guarantee to lock gates after service and provide photo confirmation. However, we are not responsible for gate malfunctions or security issues beyond our control.
5.3 Pet Safety: You must inform us of any aggressive pets or special handling requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine it is unsafe for our staff.
6.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your service at any time with at least 24 hours notice before your next scheduled visit. No cancellation fees apply.
6.2 Pause Service: You may pause recurring service for up to 4 weeks. Service will automatically resume unless you cancel.
6.3 Our Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel service for non-payment, safety concerns, or violation of these terms.
7.1 Service Quality: We guarantee professional service and complete waste removal. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours for a re-service at no charge.
7.2 Gate-Locked Guarantee: We guarantee gates will be locked after service and provide photo confirmation. This guarantee applies to standard gate mechanisms only.
7.3 Weather: Service may be rescheduled due to severe weather conditions. We will notify you and reschedule at no additional charge.
8.1 Insurance: We maintain public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
8.2 Property Damage: While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage to property unless caused by our gross negligence. You must report any damage within 24 hours of service.
8.3 Pet Safety: We are not responsible for pets that escape or are injured during service. You are responsible for ensuring pets are properly secured.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
